- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Section 2: Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

- Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We currently ship to United States and Canada only.
Section 3: Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order by visiting USPS or through your L'Angelique account dashboard.
- If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@langelique.shop.
Section 4: International Shipping & Customs
- International customers (Canada) are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by country.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
- If your package is held by customs, you may need to contact your local customs office for release.
Section 5: Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@langelique.shop. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
Section 6: Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please file a claim with USPS.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us at info@langelique.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim and replacing the item if eligible.
Section 7: Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Reshipment fees may apply. If you choose not to reship, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
